Karen Saenz, assistant manager
Karen focuses on ensuring a fine living experience for all the South 1st Flats tenants. Her caring personality and attention to detail are great assets when it comes to managing your new home. She has developed special tools to make the tenants' life easier, including this website, maintenance requests, and social events. In addition, she is the designer behind the common outdoor space and landscaping. Karen has a background in studio art, and when she is not working on South 1st Flats is creating beautiful works of art for all the world to enjoy.
